Shipping policy
1. What Incoterm are you using?
The standard shipping terms are FOB. We will settle the transportation of goods to the port of shipment. We will not be held responsible for any damage merchandise which happens at sea, please contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise.
Return policy
2. Can we return back the good?
For Health and Safety concerns, we have a no return policy when the product has left port of shipment. The only exception to this policy is when there is a defect in materials.
If the product was defective in materials, please contact us on contact@ccgogreen.com and our ccgogreen representative will assist you to have a new product returned at no charge. CCgogreen will issue a Return Authorisation form, the Return Authorisation form must accompany the return items. The returned items must be returned in their original quantity ordered, and include the original carton, packaging and receipt paperwork within 12 business days of receipt of the Product. Defective products will be replaced as soon as possible. All orders are non refundable.

3. What if our goods get damaged at sea?
Freight terms are FOB Shipping Point, Freight Collect. CCgogreen are not responsible for any damage caused in transit. If the merchandise is damaged, please contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise immediately to file a claim.
