Return policy
If you discover any quality issues with the goods within the 7 days of purchase, you should email Customer Service for follow-up and arrangements at contact@ccgogreen.com.
In Hong Kong, there is no legal right to return or exchange goods simply because you changed your mind. If the goods are defective, they are perfectly valid for change of mind purchases.
For an Exchange process of the purchased goods, the customer must present the valid Receipt of purchase.
No Exchanges will be accepted if the goods are opened.
No Exchanges if the goods are damaged.
No Exchanges and Refunds at CCGoGreen if there is no defects on the goods.
Goods purchased on the online platform cannot be Exchanged and Refunded if there is no defect on the goods.
CCgogreen reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the Exchanged goods.
There will be No Returns and Refunds. Only Exchange is acceptable.
